We are ENCOURAGING all schools, Community groups, sporting clubs, early learning centres TO take advantage of the opportunity to promote themselves At the event. Share your day on social media (parent permissions required).
What to expect and where to find everything
There are activities running from 10am to 2pm throughout the venue, so it is a good idea to grab a copy of the program at event so you can plan your day.
The program, timetable and map will also be available from this website once published.
vOLUNTEERS
Each year over three hundred volunteers from schools, early learning centres, clubs, support services and local businesses across the region volunteer to provide entertainment, activities and information booths at the Little Kids Day Out. Without the enormous contribution from our volunteers the event could not take place. Volunteers supporting the committee can be identified by their yellow t-shirts. It is a good idea to tell your children to look for a volunteer in a yellow shirt if they need help on the day. Volunteers will be able to assist you with locating information booths and activities.
You can register to volunteer for the event (blue card required) to help support the event committee or to provide an activity or info booth via the register link on the homepage.
Bathroom and Change Rooms
There are change tables near the male and female toilets inside the pavilion.
Adult toilets are located in the pavilion on the ground floor and outside.

Water and food court
Food & Drinks will be located in front of the pavilion (track side). Water stations are located in the basketball court & on lawn outside the pavilion in the food court.
BYO your water bottle or purchase a bottle of water from the vendors. There is no soft drink sold at the event.
First Aid
The first aid station run by Cindy Hartwig from Heartbeat Training is located in the atrium of the pavilion.
How to get there and where to park
PARKING
Entry for visitors is on Exhibition Road via wire gate opposite South School.
There are plenty of places to park on the grounds. Follow the arrows and park to the left of the Show office. Then walk across the race track.
